Description
I made this while i was hearing Burly Brawl from Matrix.
The scene in my mind and the music was like one for each other! Let me tell you whats going on here:
Long ago, Mike was not a soldier anymore, somehow he was one of those who survived the battle of Chalons, but he find himself with no money or a good job for living, so he start to take jobs as some kind of mercenary, taking down dangerous enemies for money, to live, it was not a pleasant job, but when hunger takes you to these situations, you can not choose.
The mission was simple, in the heart of the mist forest there was a "creature" that was killing a good amount of cattle from around that forest, he saw this as an "easy way to make money" and take the job. What he did not know is that several unwary fools took the offer but did not return.
Early in a morning he start his way into the forest, It was a cool and quiet place, where the trees lose their leaves in autumn being peeled most of that time. Following the indications of testimonies narrated, he walk between the trees trying to find a trail. travelling for several hours searching, but found nothing.
At first he felt confident, after all, it should not be more than some beast causing problems, still, the work had its difficulties. His confidence was gradually disappearing as evening blended into night and the mist start to blur his sight. As night falls, Mike does not feel confident. He was restless, alert to any sound, the only sounds you could hear were his footsteps on the floor full of dirt forest.
He try to make his way back, following the marks he left with his sword, for most of the time, the path was clear, but then he found a trail, and it was not a good sight.
In the bark of one of the largest trees, there was claw marks, they were deep and large, as he place his hand in one of those it was bigger than the cuts from his sword. With out time to react, the sound in the dark attracted his attention, it was like the sound of a flapping bird, but bigger, he could feel it in his acute ears.
He look at the dark sky as a shadow rammed against him, he didnt saw that coming. Taking his sword from the ground he find himself with a deep wound in his left arm making it useless, there was not pain at first but then all start to blur as the blood burst from the wound.
He saw above him there was a creature, with eyes glowing in the dark, something like he never saw before.
