I don't know if you left out a lot of detail because you wanted to give her a different outfit? I doubt it though because this outfit looks pretty much like her outfit from Sonic the Fighters. If you add the details from her real outfit OR add different details to make it clear this outfit is an original one done by you then it would look better <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> A bit more complete maybe?

Wheres her tail? :s I notice in quite a few of your models, you leave out a lot of detail, i think you should really push yourself to create the features that make the characters who they are, otherwise it looks a little lazy.

The sizing and proportions look spot on! Besides her ears maybe, they could be a little bigger and the white spike things are missing on her ears and dress :s Again im not sure if you meant to leave them out to be different or no. I think you got to make it clear in the description!

I think you should play around with the lighting to enhance certain features, it would also help show off and define the textures of clothing, fur, eyes etc. The colours of her entire design are accurate <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

I hope im not being harsh, I know you have the potential to do so much more with this model, its just detail thats lacking <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> Like i said i see you leave out certain features in other models and it bothers me, i know you can do better! I know its hard to make these models and it does look great! Anything can be improved though.
